I personally hired Tiffany through Jason Betts, a case manager with Imhoff and Associates without any knowledge of the existence of Avvo at that time. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Tiffany contracts with Imhoff and Associates and together, they will FLEECE you by promoting extra... services in person (never written) that they will assist you with down the line WITHOUT making sure you understand that they will only cover you up to your current case judgement with your initial signed agreement despite it reading "Entire Case" (the gotcha is in one of the fine print items you have to initial but they make sure to never mention). Once you reach out for the simple follow up service they promoted, they'll be happy to do that for an additional fee just shy of the cost of your initial fee. I recommend Gilroy Napoli Short instead, they have followed up years later to assist for no additional fees, and they are cheaper to start with. Tiffany and I&A cost more and do less. Roll the dice with a public defender, represent yourself, or hire G,N,S before signing with Tiffany and Imhoff & Associates. Believe me now, thank me later.
