Where can I start.. Neil was just very attentive to my sons case, my calls, my questions etc. Always returned my calls, always offered his time even without an appt, he explained every process in detail and made sure my son and I both understood. I want to thank Neil Halttunen, attorney at law, for a job well done. About 2 years ago, some terrible and false accusations were brought against me. I retained him even though not being formally charged. Later a Secret Grand Jury, without physical evidence, indicted me on 8 felony counts. I was arre...sted and placed in jail. I had another attorney who told me there was no getting around having to go to jail. Neil was hired and he immediately started gathering background information on my case. The DA refused to back down and demanded jail time. We went to court and Neil was able to explain my background to the judge from... memory because he had taken the time to prepare. In the end, the judge agreed with Neil and i didn’t get any jail time.
