We have known Dan Stotter for nearly eight years and have seen firsthand how effectively he handles civil cases. He lead our neighborhood organization through a complex legal battle that no one thought we could win. It took four years but we prevailed, thanks to dan and his guidance and his willingne...ss to mentor some of our neighbors through much paperwork in order to save legal fees. That would seem to work against his ability to earn a living, but earns him a reputation for being honest, fair and concerned with helping people who do not have a lot of financial resources. Then on a personal note he helped us through a difficult situation with a less than honest contractor of our kitchen remodel with the same effectiveness and cost saving approach.
