Very good experience

Many years ago, not too long into Dan's legal career, my wife and I hired him for an "OJ" case; a criminal case that had to be pursued through civil means. Although the alleged crimes involved white collar offenses rather than violent offenses, the emotions and confrontational feelings were extreme a...nd the case was quite complex. (Eventually appealed to the Oregon Supreme Court.) We won about 90% of the verdict. Dan's performance in this difficult case was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, cool, thoughtful, able to work under pressure, and creative. Our experience with him as an attorney was very good.

Excellent lawyer

I had a very frustrating case involving the University of Oregon and the State of Oregon, and Mr. Stotter was very helpful in bringing the case to a settlement which was better than I expected. He was very straightforward and honest with me about all aspects of the case, and things worked out just a...s he anticipated they would. I would highly recommend Mr. Stotter.
