We have not found any cost information for this lawyer
Hello: I am Director of Oregon Center for Employee Rights. I have represented Oregon employees, in wage claims and litigation since
1994. I am a wage expert, who will fight for your right to be paid for your work, and for penalties for wage nonpayment or late payment.
I don't charge my clients anything for my services. I get paid by billing your former employer for my fees.
Please give me a call or email me, and I would be happy to provide you with a free claims consultation.
Thank you,
Brian A. Buchanan

I contacted Brian about a wage and hour dispute I had with an employer who fired me. Brian stepped in to help me on a contingency-based agreement (as I couldn't afford the up front fees). He settled my case, by contacting my employer and negotiating with her attorney. Brian did all this with little ...

Not good
I Had poor experience with this attorney, would not hire again. promises and encouragement then he quit without following through on his promises. My expectations with his telling me I had a good case. Then when we were to go to court, he quit. His memory is shot too.

Great Attorney
Great communication. So impressed how he kept me up to date on the case. Won the case.

We stuck to the facts and it went to an arbitration and that’s when Brian really impressed me wit...
