Professional and Transparent

I had a job at an establishment that had been underpaying me by classifying my position as salary (the lowest amount a salary employee can be paid to legally be considered a salary) so I was in a situation the more I worked the less I was paid. Not to mention the establishment was abusive to their em...ployees and had other shady practices they engaged in that ultimately resulted In a continuation in the tradition of abuse in that particular work environment. I was unsure about wether I should week legal action for fear of not being able to work on that industry again, fear of the social ridicule I would most Iikely be opening myself up for. Brian helped put my mind at ease he took on the case with confidence and was supportive to my circumstance and situation. He was transparent with every aspect and every stage of the case. I was always in the loop and he was always informative and took the time to make sure every concern and question I had were put to ease and answered clearly. Brian quickly negotiated a settlement which ended up in my favor and was an advocate and fought for me when others wouldn't. This to me is greater than any amount of money. I would recommend this man if someone needs a lawyer that cares about his client and believes in the laws that help protect and keep the system fair and balanced for those who have experienced the imbalance.

Effective & Thorough

Brian listened and advised without needless trips in to "an office". I'm sure for some, doing things remotely can be a challenge to gain trust. He used his knowledge of the the law and skills in negotiating to achieve the best outcome for me. Brian was professional and timely in his correspondence...s to me and never felt I had to chase down information or follow up with him. If I ever needed a wage claim lawyer again, I would contact Brian. Sue

Expert employment legal counsel

Brian Buchanan will guide you through every step of your employment case in a very professional and thorough manner, but he will keep you posted and is readily available to offer support or answer any questions. Even though I was out of state, he made me feel comfortable and involved in every aspect... of my case. Never did I feel alone or out of touch with how my issues were being addressed. He provides legal advice and representation extraordinaire and gets my most excellent recommendation.

In favor of the Employee

Brian Buchanan was very helpful and knowledgeable when working with my case. Anytime I had any questions he was easily reached, and if not, he responded back quickly. I like how informed he kept me with constant emails that let me know what was being said between the defendants lawyer and himself. He... knew laws that the defendant had broken that I was not even aware existed. I felt him fighting for my rights and not just a dollar figure. Overall, I would definitely choose Mr. Buchanan to represent me in this case again or one in the future. After everything that had happen I am very pleased that there was no backing down or lack of heart in my case. Thanks again for helping the little man!
