Zachary J Stern

First, I would like to thank Zach Stern for all of his knowledge and continued support in my time in need. During the time of my incident, I was scared tremendously. It frightens me to think about how drastically my life could have been if it was not for Zach. Twenty-two years old facing 15 + years f...or a crime I did not commit would have been detrimental.  I felt that I was up against a system that I would not beat on my own. It was my word against theirs and I would not win. Before retaining Zach’s services, I had been in contact with what I was told was one of the very best sex crime lawyers in Oregon. The moment I met with the other individual it was evident that they were only interested in the money, not my outcome. On the third phone call I had with him, he told me he was not going to answer any more of my questions until I put 8.5k upfront. I was lost and did not know what to do. Thankfully, I got Zach’s information and from the very beginning, he treated me with professionalism and respect. He knew my worries regarding my case, finances, and the state of my mental health. After a long conversation of me explaining my side of the story to him, we began to discuss possible outcomes. Zach knows his stuff, is extremely quick on his feet, and always knows what to say. My husband was looking at serious charges and a really complicated case. He was able to keep my husband calm and explained everything step by step. Not only was he always available anytime my husband needed to call hi...m, but he really does care about his clients. In the end, Zach was magic in the courtroom and we went home happy. You can't put a price on the kind of man or lawyer that Zach is. He is worth every penny. Hopefully we won't need his services again; but if we ever find ourselves in a situation where we need an attorney, he'll be our first call.

The title sums up how Zach made me feel throughout my DUI process. Calm, relaxed, and worry free. Zach is also young (not too young) and energetic which really made me as a client feel great. I faced DUI and multiple reckless endangerment charges in an unforgiving county (Polk). Zach was in contact w...ith me the entire time and always made sure to explain everything that was going on. Any time you have to go to court it is going to be stressful and scary but Zach always seemed to have a plan and was confident with it. As I stated, Polk County is very unforgiving to say the least. This was my second DUI, I had three passengers in the car with me, and my BAC was about 3 times the legal limit. The fines, jail time, and community service hours were absolutely insane (as is expected for my situation) but Zach managed to work his magic and we were able to work with the judge and prosecutor to nearly eliminate all of these extensive charges. I was only charged with DUI and Zach continues to be helpful in questions I have that pertain to my probation. Most recently, Zach coached me through writing a letter to the Judge to ask for early termination of my probation, of which the judge honored. Hire this man!

I found Mr.Stern through a random search online. He answered my call and immediately took my case regarding a restraining order. The court date was a month out and during that time he was always available and answered any and all of my questions. He did everything he could to make sure I was aware of... how the court/legal system worked and came very prepared to court. I was extremely pleased with his work and attitude regarding my legal issue. He's really down to earth and easy to talk to. Not only that, he knows the law.
