Zach exceeded our expectations as a lawyer and helped our family out tremendously! The title sums up how Zach made me feel throughout my DUI process. Calm, relaxed, and worry free. Zach is also young (not too young) and energetic which really made me as a client feel great. Any time you have to go to court it is going to be stressful and scary but Zach always seemed to have a plan and was confident with it. As I stated, Polk County is very unforgiving to say the least. This was my second DUI, I had three passengers in the car with me, and my BAC was about 3 times the legal limit. The fines, jail time, and community service hours were absolutely insane (as is expected for my situation) but Zach managed to work his magic and we were able to work with the judge and prosecutor to nearly eliminate all of these extensive charges. I was only charged with DUI and Zach continues to be helpful in questions I have that pertain to my probation. Most recently, Zach coached me through writing a letter to the Judge to ask for early termination of my probation, of which the judge honored. Hire this man!
