I hired Spencer for my case that was very complex and I thought for sure I was going to prison. Spencer went out of his way to hire a private investigator to find one of my victims and convinced her to do a civil compromise outside of court successfully doing that he got 3 charges dismissed. In 2017 I was charged with 2 felony possession charges which I was innocent of. I was originally assigned a different public defender attorney who would not listen or even try to help me she just kept saying take the plead your guilty. Since my charges was felonies the attorney I was given could not... defend me in a court hearing. Spencer was assigned as my 2nd attorney who could do the court hearings. Because of Spencer I was found not guilty on both of the felony possession charges and the felony failure to appear he had thrown out. If I had the original attorney I no for a fact I would have 3 felony charges on my record and my life would of been ruined for ever.
