She is the worst attorney for your child or to fight to get your child back from the state of Oregon. She commits fraud, does not follow the law and does not care about your child. Only to further her career and own needs. I'm suing her in United States federal court now. She won't follow ABA RULE 3....8

In 2017 I had been charged in for drugs. Catherine Totterman was my court appointed attorney. The first time we talked on the phone she immediately had no interest in hearing my side of the story what so ever. She would not listen to me or do a investigation or anything she didn't care. I would g...o to her and tell her I have proof of the illegal search warrant and the evidence. She just laughed and wanted to know how I was getting my info. If I asked any questions her response was always the same I don't no I will have to check and get back to you. Ever time we would meet it was always the same thing are you ready to take the pled ? I would also say no I am innocent and will fight tell this is over. She would call me at home demanding me to take the pled. I yelled at her saying I was innocent and to stop pushing me in to doing something I didn't do. Now stop badgering me . After she stopped laughing at me she yelled at me saying I was guilty and to take the pled. I told her we would meet Monday and hung up. Monday I fired her and requested a new attorney. The new attorney did a great job and I was found not guilty on all charges. If you don't care about your life or future then she attorney to have. She is a worthless attorney who doesn't care and only after a pled.
