He messed up on filing for a vehicle accident claim. So he told us we had to sue his malpractice. It has been an absolute nightmare. They are trying to only offer us a fraction of what he was going for and trying to get us to appear in person or get it dismissed. They are taking advantage of the fact... that we are out of state according to our new attorney. And he doesn't have a lot of nice things to say about who's representing you. Robert, this will stay here until you contact your malpractice and tell them to get their stuff in order and next is the BAR. YOU'RE MALPRACTICE INSURANCE IS ONLY TRYING TO GIVE US ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY OUR MEDICAL BILL AND THAT IS IT. Maybe I'll sue you for making us having to deal with your malpractice like this. I didn't expect them to be snaky and tried to con you. I had a better offer from the insurance company to begin with.

I had hired Robert as a divorce attorney to help me with a custody battle. He hardly got back to me or did anything that I ask him to. He didn't get any paperwork done that I needed for housing done. He gave me some poor advice on how to handle a situation which I did do. Thanks to him I'm having to ...deal with the issues made by that advice. He didn't even have the decency to tell me he was going to be ending divorce cases until after trying to call him over and over again. Left me high and dry with my situation leaving me to find another attorney through a time crunch paperwork. I wouldn't recommend Robert to anyone regardless of field he is doing now.
