He messed up on filing for a vehicle accident claim. So he told us we had to sue his malpractice. It has been an absolute nightmare. They are trying to only offer us a fraction of what he was going for and trying to get us to appear in person or get it dismissed. YOU'RE MALPRACTICE INSURANCE IS ONLY TRYING TO GIVE US ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY OUR MEDICAL BILL AND THAT IS IT. Maybe I'll sue you for making us having to deal with your malpractice like this. I didn't expect them to be snaky and tried to con you. I had a better offer from the insurance company to begin with.
