He messed up on filing for a vehicle accident claim. So he told us we had to sue his malpractice. It has been an absolute nightmare. They are trying to only offer us a fraction of what he was going for and trying to get us to appear in person or get it dismissed. They are taking advantage of the fact... that we are out of state according to our new attorney. And he doesn't have a lot of nice things to say about who's representing you. Robert, this will stay here until you contact your malpractice and tell them to get their stuff in order and next is the BAR. YOU'RE MALPRACTICE INSURANCE IS ONLY TRYING TO GIVE US ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY OUR MEDICAL BILL AND THAT IS IT. Maybe I'll sue you for making us having to deal with your malpractice like this. I didn't expect them to be snaky and tried to con you. I had a better offer from the insurance company to begin with.

I hired Mr Montgomery recently due to being falsely pulled over, cited, towed and having my license taken by the ticketing officer He was very up front and honest with what my options would likely be and what he could do with the circumstances. He was pretty dang accurate right up to the end of tr...ial. We were able to get the citations dropped and even be reimbursed by the county for the tickets, tow charge and vehicle release fee. What I payed him was very fair and he was just a very down to earth person to speak with. No doubt if I happen to need an attorney again he will be the first I consult with.
