Competent, honest, trustworthy

Lauren represented me in my divorce. I cannot thank Lauren enough for all of her help. Her guidance, excellent advice, and constant calm demeanor really gave me so much peace throughout my divorce. I came to her with so much uncertainty and anxiety, she immediately fully described the process which ...gave me so much confidence in the future outcome. It was exactly as she predicted and I hoped. Her advice was honest, to the point, and was clearly the result of experience. She was available for questions, promptly responding to me and even gently pushing me along to keep things on time and on track. She never forgot one single detail. Lauren is definitely very no-nonsense and business-like, and is known in the area to be very successful in representing her clients' interests, I needed someone excellent to deal with my ex who made things difficult with hiring and firing many different lawyers, representing himself, and generally being difficult. Lauren navigated that with ease. I would absolutely recommend Lauren (and have recommended her to several people) to anyone needing her services. She is absolutely the best out there, and I am grateful for her.

Smart, Honest, and Professional

Lauren was always available when I needed her. Always standing up for me. She had great ideas and approach to my case is what lead to me winning custody. I was pleased that she was willing to keep prices in mind too, and she believes in sticking up for the "good guy".

The very best.

Lauren has handled my divorce and then a child custody case a year later. In both matters she was always available to answer questions and to give me best case and worse case in every situation. She fought very hard for me and got what I felt was the best possible outcome for my divorce. In the ch...ild custody case she was able to find great options in a very difficult case to get me full custody of my son. I would recommend her for any family matter. She is compassionate, empathetic and caring. She will do the very best to get the results you desire. Her honesty and professionalism is the very best. As I told her " She Rocks".

Faith restored

I have been with 5 lawyers since my divorce in 2000, before this time I have never seen a lawyer in my life. 1st lawyer I think was working for my ex. 2nd lawyer - I was audited by the IRS because the 1st lawyer had omitted to put a paragraph in the divorce papers. 2nd lawyer said 'easy fix', but a...fter waiting for nearly a year and nothing happening, I fired that one. 3rd lawyer hired to take over and after a lot of $$ and time the issue was corrected. I did come out of it knowing more about the lawyers personal life than they did of mine. 4th lawyer was hired as I am reaching retirement age and wanted to end alimony payments. In the end they let me go as they were not familiar with the judges and lawyers in my county...BUT they recommended Lauren Saucy. The first thing I noticed about Lauren is she listened to what I was saying and kept things on track. She didn't sugar coat anything. She stated the facts, the way things could go good or bad. In other words told me the truth. I respect that in people. Lauren wrote a strong letter to my ex, based on facts and truth of the situation. She explained exactly how things would go even if I had to go to court. The ex agreed and signed off on the alimony payments and I am a free man. I can go on now and live out the rest of my life without this issue hanging over me. Thank you Lauren. As this all happened so fast I didn't get a chance to thank her in person. So I plan one more visit to her office because I want to thank her in person. I feel I owe this to her.

Truly a blessing!

Lauren became my lawyer only a few weeks before I was set to go to court with my ex-husband. My first attorney had made some egregious errors that made my case a bit more difficult and caused my ex-husband to be very hostile. Despite this, Lauren immediately took control of my case and put in the ti...me and effort that allowed me to obtain full custody as well as the new parenting agreement I was seeking from the judge. Having Lauren by my side allowed me to put the anxiety about my case aside and concentrate on my goals and what was best for my children. I am not sure my case would have obtained the outcome it had without her! Even several months later, she is available for questions and guidance. If I had to do it all over again – I would have called Lauren from the start!

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have had the experience of being the opposing lawyer, mediator and appellate collaborator of Lauren Saucy for over 15 years. Lauren is highly skilled and knowledgeable in all areas of family law allowing her to be both a very effective trial lawyer but also an objective & reasonable lawyer who can obtain fair settlements out of court. Honesty, knowledge and skill are attributes that are not often found in the same person but Lauren is that rare combination of all those things that allows her to serve her clients extremely well. I endorse her and have recommended her often when I have been unable to take a case myself. If I ever needed a lawyer for myself I would not hesitate to hire her."
