Lauren Saucy

Lauren represented me in a very complex and contentious case, including a transfer from out of state, and custody issues. I first met with her when I was still pro se, and she advised me on a couple court filings. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and I could tell she would be cool in the face of p...ressure. When the case ramped up, I knew Lauren was who I wanted to represent me. My case ended up with a full-day trial, and I would also like to address Lauren's approach to court. She is strategic, thorough, and highly focused in what she chooses to address in cross-examination. She does not get emotionally entangled in the case, but maintains a laser focus, and will calm you down if you begin letting emotions get the best of you (which is easy to do in cases involving children, large amounts of money, etc.). She is clear at all times that she cannot predict outcomes of the court system, but she also gives her honest assessment of the outcomes. In my case, she was right or very near right in each matter. She works hard to understand your goals, but also is knowledgeable about what is realistic. She also aims to fully understand her opponents, and works hard to ensure you present yourself well before the judge. If there is an avenue that does not seem fruitful or does not seem beneficial to your case, she will advise you of this. Ultimately you are in charge of your case, but there is nobody better to legally represent your interests in custody and divorce matters than Lauren Saucy.

Lauren has handled my divorce and then a child custody case a year later. In both matters she was always available to answer questions and to give me best case and worse case in every situation. She fought very hard for me and got what I felt was the best possible outcome for my divorce. In the ch...ild custody case she was able to find great options in a very difficult case to get me full custody of my son. I would recommend her for any family matter. Lauren Saucy- I approched Lauren Sauscy to help me find a parenting place that would hold up in court with my work schedule. From start to finsh Lauren was in my side placing options infront of myself and took time to explain the why. Lauren would keep me informed of everything happening and why. Sh...e also took time to help me understand the ruels of oregons parenting plans and also informing me of the ruels that my ex would have to uphold to. Lauren is type A person she dosent just sit back to see what the out come will be. she is very proactive Lawyer with a skilled team. My personal opition is you are only as good as your team. Lauren Saucy has a very strong team and they work together very well. One thing I will note about Lauren is how upfront she is going to be. she will tell you how it is and how it needed to be. If you follow her plan to a tee you will be prepared on your day in court. Thankfully I never made it to court, her skills were such that we were able to come up with a win for everyone involved. If you are looking to be treated fair and have an out come than Lauren will do more for you as a Lawyer than 10 of them combinded. All I can say you will get what you pay for. Lauren became my lawyer only a few weeks before I was set to go to court with my ex-husband. My first attorney had made some egregious errors that made my case a bit more difficult and caused my ex-husband to be very hostile. Despite this, Lauren immediately took control of my case and put in the ti...me and effort that allowed me to obtain full custody as well as the new parenting agreement I was seeking from the judge. Having Lauren by my side allowed me to put the anxiety about my case aside and concentrate on my goals and what was best for my children. I am not sure my case would have obtained the outcome it had without her! Even several months later, she is available for questions and guidance. If I had to do it all over again – I would have called Lauren from the start!
