CASE

I gave Mr. John Case a 5 out of 5 stars if an overall rating...when I was searching for an attorney online....He along with 1 or 2 others were ranked the highest in Oregon by Federal ratings... I know I needed the best ... And that's what John Case delivered! Thank you!

Great guy

John has represented me a couple of times in past the past few years and has done a great job. John and his assistant Terrie are great people and a joy to work with when your going through a horrible time. I have and will continue to recommend John Case.

Ending alimony via a lump sum payoff

John H Case recently helped me bring a end to spousal support which was to last till "the death of either party". Mr. Case had the wisdom and experience to be able to advise a pay off amount that was very favorable to me, yet made it look good enough to my ex that she was willing to accept it wit...hout a big fight. He and his staff kept me informed of the progress of my case, they were polite and patient with me. He was able to avoid a costly court battle. He was definitely looking out for my best interest. A decade ago Mr, Case also successfully represented me in a spousal support appeal case. I would recommend Mr. John H Case without reservation.

John case as my divorce lawyer

from the very first meeting I had with John I knew he was someone I was going to be able to trust and care about me and help me through my tough and very emotional situation. His knowledge of the law was impressive.and saved me time and money. he always looked after my best interest.

Where everybody knows your name....

I have hired John twice now with custody issues with my ex husband. John is knowlegable, compassionate and pro active. Today I had a consultation with him regarding a new matter, I was able to get great guideance, he knew my case, remembered the previous case and issues encountered with the other p...arty and gave me the tools I need to proceed. The office all remembered me and was very welcoming as well! Love this office and they will always be my recomendation to anyone needing legal advice! Thank you!
