Fantastic Experience

When I retained Mr. Case, I was dealing with a very difficult situation with a spouse suffering from a debilitating mental/behavioral illness. John was very empathetic towards my situation and helped me balance "looking out for myself" and treating my now ex-wife with respect. His reputation in the c...ommunity alone added an element of security rarely seen in divorce law and I will recommend any and all inquires for legal assistance towards his office. A+

Highly Recommend!

John is a very honest attorney. Over the past several years, John has helped me with 2 separate cases- a very stressful child visitation battle (my children’s father ended up losing parenting time), as well as a recent divorce. He is very knowledgeable, prompt in answering emails, as well as being av...ailable when a phone conference or face to face meeting is requested. John is also very conscientious about not over-charging his clients, and is very efficient with time management. John’s assistant- Dawn was also extremely helpful! I would recommend John to anyone who is in need of an attorney!

John case as my divorce lawyer

from the very first meeting I had with John I knew he was someone I was going to be able to trust and care about me and help me through my tough and very emotional situation. His knowledge of the law was impressive.and saved me time and money. he always looked after my best interest.

John verses sylvia!

John did a great job of making me feel that he had all bases covered, and had total control of the situation! I though he was fair and up front about what I could expect when The dust settled down! I also thought he represent my interest, and tried to keep the cost under control!

John was the perfect person to handle my case

After I had some conflict with my ex-wife over our custody sharing agreement, I sought help with John Case to know how I could protect my time with my children. He knew exactly how to proceed and left me with complete confidence that he was in control while I just sat back and read the regular report...s from his office. I never once had to show up in court, and only occasionally had to swing by the office to sign something. Everything else was taken care of over email. I really appreciated how little stress was involved in the whole matter!
