I spent quite a bit of time beforehand talking with different people looking to find the best divorce attorney around the Salem Oregon area. Mr. Case was the name that was given to me by a couple different people and came up quite often as someone you would want to get if you can, as your divorce at...torney. John and his assistant Terrie represented me through custody battle but also a year down the road with a modification of custody, both of which were highly successful. Everything we did were attempted to do was successful. I should also add , my divorce and custody situation was not at all simple. It involved aspects of a adoption, multicultural issues, lots of assets, and I am the father; which I think for many dads there's a concern about a potential court bias towards the mother. Not only was my experience extremely positive working with Mr. Case and his team, but also it was frankly very reasonably priced. When you get exceptional legal service, you often expect you're probably going to get hosed along the way. That wasn't at all my experience. In a nutshell finding and then having the opportunity to have Mr. Case represent me was one of the best investments I've ever made.
