Outstanding Professional

I retained John Case when I had to become my father's guardian/conservator. This was a very delicate family situation, which John and his staff treated with professionalism, sensitivity, and when appropriate, humor. He guided me through the complex process, filed paperwork and represented me in cou...rt. He always provided immediate answers to questions and concerns. His expert knowledge gave me comfort and confidence during an extremely difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend John. Thank you, John.

Thank you

Mr. Case was more than helpful to me during my divorce. His professional attitude, knowledge and advice were timely and very appreciated. He was up front and clear in his dealings with me and in walking me thru the many steps of the legal tangles of my divorce. I thank him for helping me to find a... bit of humor, even during the worst parts, which helped to make the process a little easier to go through.

Disappointing

I consulted with Mr. Case recently because his reviews really made him seem like a great attorney to work with. My hour consultation was a waste of time and money. When I told him that I wanted to retain him because he is highly-rated and that I care more about peace of mind than a dollar sign, he as...ked me what I do for a living. He asked what my ex does for a living and who my ex retained. I told him. He spoke so highly of himself and compared himself to my ex’s counsel. It seemed he was uncomfortable being in opposition with a newer attorney and didn’t think it was fair that my ex couldn’t afford someone more experienced or expensive. I don’t know why that should matter, but he was deterred from helping me because I can afford to hire someone expensive. I can appreciate that not everyone will be a good fit, yet the when I explained my situation, my ex’s recent abuse of our son, and a modification, he laughed. I told him I was feeling very stressed and I started to cry. He then told me he hopes I see a counselor and have other people to talk to and then he just sort of sat there staring at me. It was very odd and off-putting. I felt horrible going in and horrible leaving.
