Mr. Case recently represented me in my divorce case. I found him to be not only extremely knowledgeable but also able to communicate this knowledge in a comprehensible manner. Throughout my divorce process I felt informed and well guided. Mr. Case made sure I understood the ramifications of all decis...ions made and directed to me those that were in my best interest. When my husband of 24 years informed me he wanted a divorce and proceeded to present me with his "divorce decree", which stated he would pay me a total of $333.00 monthly total for 2 years. After that pay 150.00 monthly till our 12 year old Son was 18 years old ! My 12 year old eats more than that ...a week!!! At the time I was a stay at home mother (at husband's family request) I knew I needed to find an attorney that would look out for my best interest. I talked to MANY...That told me what I wanted to hear, with unrealistic promises!!! John Case was highly recommend by a friend, who employed John prior for a similar situation. My anxiety melted away after the first call to his office! John and his staff handled EVERYTHING!!! Terry is John's "Right Arm" and always made herself available for my questions! He is an excellent lawyer. There were a few times during my long drawn out (messy) divorce case that I felt he was not responsive/keeping me informed. I discovered that he was trying to save me money (which was awesome). Although I did not always know what exactly was going on, he did, and eventually... things came together. He is great in the court room and works well with the judge, and opposing attorneys. He fights for what is right. He got me more time with my children because he knew that having them every other weekend and a 4 hour visit during the opposite week (as desired by my children's biological mother) was not healthy for an involved father like myself. He is expensive, yes, but I know i would not have what I do with my children if I had retained a lawyer of less. I will be retaining him again in a couple years when we go back to court and fight for more time with my children. Thanks John Case.

John is by far the best and most personable lawyer I have ever delt with! His staff especially Debbie make you feel more like family then just another pay day for them! ! Debbie helped calm me down from being stressed out about my case more than I can remember and she was like a god send! They will ...keep you well informed throughout the whole painful process and John will get you the best possible outcome he can and work with the opposing lawyer to make it for both parties ! I would not recommend any lawyer over him ever! My child custody case had a very positive outcome and I could never Thank him enough! John was experienced and knowledgeable, professional, and honest about the reality of my case. John and his staff were sympathetic and supportive. Communication was impressive.
