I will have filed a formal complaint with the Oregon Bar. He filed divorce instead of separation and then gaslighted me twice telling me I told him divorce. He staff made several mistakes, were slow to respond or nonresponsive, gaslighted me about an appointment I "missed" that was actually scheduled... for the following day because the previous day was not good for me. The child support calculator was incorrect. I fired him and filed the judgment myself.

Mr. Smith represented me in a very difficult and contentious divorce and yet somehow made the process extremely straight forward and manageable. He was always prompt and responsive to my questions/concerns and would always keep me informed every step of the way.
