I paid a $4,000 flat fee retainer, approx 3 hours of work was completed by Jeff's associate (Jeff was "supervising"). I asked for and never received an itemized accounting of time spent, they just kept all $4,000, even though we never went to court. My calls and emails weren't responded to until wee...ks later, after I called the receptionist to have them call me of course. If you're reading this; you would be better off representing yourself, save your money and go shopping on QVC as the quality of their products would be more satisfactory that the experience you'll have with Salem Legal Team.

Divorce decree unsatisfied Hired Mr. Smith to acquire decree settlement. Pd Feb $2.500 flat fee w/ 5 attempts for updates. Gave up w/ the "Office emergencies, holiday vacations, busy at court..." Wrote cancellation letter "can't read ur writing." Jeff is a huge disappointment & will never become... judge of anything. )): Willamette's worse product ~

I hired this attorney because during my initial consultation, he told me all the grand things he could and would do. He said it was an easy win. After a year of dragging his lazy feet, and me having to provide documentation 3x at my own expense of course, his whole initial promises were lies. My aunt... was there to witness the awful unveiling of a truly deceptive con artist who didn't care about me or my case. I could have done a better job for $9000 cheaper by using Google to research. Do not use this firm unless you want mediocre at best representation.

I will have filed a formal complaint with the Oregon Bar. He filed divorce instead of separation and then gaslighted me twice telling me I told him divorce. He staff made several mistakes, were slow to respond or nonresponsive, gaslighted me about an appointment I "missed" that was actually scheduled... for the following day because the previous day was not good for me. The child support calculator was incorrect. I fired him and filed the judgment myself.
