Jeff Smith was recommended to me by the Oregon State Bar for defense on a restraining order, "SPO order" filed against me with countless false statements in it. He is knowledgeable in that area of law and is responsive when I had questions and communication. His staff always answer the phone and ...respond promptly to emails. The fee seems expensive but all attorneys are expensive if they are good at their trade. Even though I am somewhat familiar with law, I would not want to handle this type of case without his defense.
