Mona Moghimian

Mona is a trial attorney with extensive experience and knowledge of Oregon and Washington personal injury and insurance laws. She represents individuals for catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith claims throughout Oregon and Washington.

Mona is known as a fearless and aggressive litigator who fights insurance companies relentlessly for her clients. She has a reputation for consistently obtaining remarkable case outcomes. Prior to founding MM Injury Law, Mona worked as an injury attorney for several years at other law firms in Washington and Oregon. She has also worked as an insurance defense attorney for Oregon and Washington workers’ compensation claims. As a former defense attorney, Mona knows both sides of claims and uses her valuable insight to advocate for her clients.

Mona has presented as a speaker in multiple legal seminars and continuing legal education courses for attorneys. Her presentations include:

Mona is active in multiple attorney organizations in Oregon and Washington. She is currently a Board Member of the Board of Governors of Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, which she started in 2023. She was also selected to be among the few participants of three separate unique programs by Oregon Trial Lawyers Association: Leadership Academy, Trial Lawyers Academy 101, and Trial Lawyers Academy 201.

Mona speaks fluent Farsi (Persian) and Spanish conversationally.
