Unfortunately, we have not heard from this law office after spending a considerable amount of money to retain her professional services. She hasnt returned any of my calls. We have yet to receive any correspondence from her office via mail or otherwise. We have not been able to get our case records.... Atttempts to contact her have not been successful for a term of six months or more.

I had a similar experience to another client who reviewed this attorney. She repeatedly failed to respond to my emails or return phone calls. My initial meeting with her was cut short as she was called into court (which she should have rescheduled with me before I drove all the way down there) I pa...id her an upfront deposit & never got an accounting of my final bill or a refund that I should have been due. She repeatedly failed to call me back when I inquired about the bill. Ultimately, she did nothing for me, but she did take money from me.

My case was simple but ended up being complicated and stressful due to her poor attention. She was not responsive to my questions, ignored phone calls and emails regarding the status of my case. She did not pass on accurate information to opposing counsel, she did not review my judgment before it... was entered nor give me a copy before it was filed. When I did see it (months later) it had a mistake that will ultimately cost me a lot of money over the years. After six months of my asking her to have the mistake corrected and her telling me she "would look into it" she told me that I had agreed to the mistake, which I did not. She was sloppy, made a mistake and then did not have the integrity to admit her mistake and make it right, instead she lied to cover herself. It was an extremely stressful situation that lasted well over a year. When I went back to court to have the mistake amended I was told by the judge that I was obligated to the decisions of my attorney. She admitted no wrong doing. Her mistake hurt me and my family and will affect me financially for twelve more years.
