Ross is the BEST!!

Ross Day is our attorney for our non profit organization called FARMS. He has been there for us since day 1 to help us with everything from organizing, public relations, and everything in between. Thanks to his extensive knowledge in land use and property rights law we have won at every step of the w...ay in our legal battle against Josephine County infringing upon our rights as property owners. His confidence, generosity, and sense of humor puts my mind at ease and reassures me that we have the BEST attorney possible!

The BEST!

I have hired Ross three times. We won all three times! He will battle for you. He will take your call at anytime even during his kid’s track meet. He cares deeply about his clients and will give 100% and then some. If you want to win, hire Ross!

Waste of Money and Time!

Hired Ross Day and all he did was bill you and tap dance around. Hired another attorney accessed the case and WON!

The attorney-client relationship is not unlike any other relationship, both sides have to set reasonable expectations of one-another, communicate their wishes and concerns, and hold each other accountable. Sometimes the relationship between the attorney and the client simply cannot - for whatever reason - adhere to these principles which leads to the inevitable termination of the attorney-client relationship. And like other relationships, terminating the attorney-client relationship can leave one or both sides upset, emotional and frustrated. I have not had another client leave me for another attorney for at least a year-and-a-half (without my knowledge), so I am not certain this is a legitimate client review. Further, I have not been made aware of any client(s) who were frustrated with the work performed on their behalf. I would expect any client frustrated with my performance - or the performance of those who work with me - would bring those concerns to me directly. I encourage whomever wrote this review to reach out to me and I will be happy to address your concerns. For those who are reading this review with an eye towards hiring Day Law & Associates, P.C., we hope you will speak with us and press us on the issues raised by this commenter. We are very proud of our customer service as well as the results we help our clients realize. May 29th, 2018 UPDATE - I have not heard from this alleged client. I do not believe this is a legitimate review.
