You know the old saying "You can't fight city hall," well I say you can, if you hire the right lawyers.
My practice is focused on helping clients who are trying to "fight city hall", so to speak. I represent clients before every level of government on virtually every type of issue - whether it be a land use matter, special education dispute, business issue with the government, or any other type of civil proceeding.
The other half of my practice is focused on helping clients prepare for the future to avoid costly litigation. I like to remind my clients that an "ounce of prevention" (i.e. hiring an attorney to make sure a contract is drafted correctly) is always worth a pound of cure (i.e. hiring an attorney to litigate a dispute centered around a poorly written contract). In addition to business law, I also assist clients with tax issues and estate planning as well.
Please give me a call and allow me the chance to earn your trust, and your business.

Ross Day has been working with our organization for several years. He has been thorough, professional, and is extremely knowledgeable. He is definitely passionate about his vocation and it shows.
"I worked in the same office as Ross as a law clerk during my first year of law school. I was privileged to work under his tutelage and learn from his wise advice. He is experienced, skilled, professional, and smart. I endorse him without reservation."
"I have known Ross Day for years and I can say without a doubt that I would (and do) recommend Ross to any and all clients who walk through my door and need help in any of the areas in which Ross practices. He is a man of integrity and a lawyer who doesn't just know the law, but knows how to be truly effective within the law to the benefit of his clients. He is warm and open and always ready and willing to help. If you find yourself needing help, call Ross Day!"
"Ross has a rare understanding of Oregon's unique land use laws and elections laws. He can help you navigate complicated, multi-faceted legal matters. More importantly, he is a passionate advocate for his clients. He will take on your concerns as his own."
