Macpherson v. Department of Administrative Services
N/AOUTCOME: Victory for my client
This case involved the constitutional challenge to Oregon's popular property rights measure, Ballot Measure 37 (2004). The measure had been invalidated by a circuit court judge, putting into jeopardy ... the property rights of Oregonians across the state. I had the privilege of litigating this case all the way to the Oregon Supreme Court, who eventually overturned the circuit court's decision and restored the rights - and the votes - of Oregonians.
