Mishandled case

Dan Hoarfrost let my personal injury case be drug out for over 2 years. His scale is a sliding one so he kept the case going until he was getting almost 50% of the award. When I expressed my dismay at the outcome of the settlement he then informed me that my case was weak and I couldn't have expected... any other outcome. I feel I should have been informed of this before he spent several thousands of my money.

Sorry for the delay, but the litigation process is sometimes a slow one. As you recall, your claim was not settled, it was decided at an arbitration hearing. Even with the increased fee percentage, your recovery was more than you were offered pre-filing. I didn't advise you that your claim was "weak." I advised you that there were weaknesses that made it unwise to appeal the arbitration result into a more expensive, full-scale trial.

Made a bad sutuation much better

No one likes to face a bankruptcy. Now that it's all taken care of I see how much my fear was far worse than the actual event. Mr. Hoarfrost counseled me well, and assured me things were nowhere near as bad as my imagine was making them. In the end, my counsel was right. Dan Hoarfrost took what I... expected to be one of the worst experiences in my life and moved it way up the list to tolerable. Thank you.

Expereinced, knowledgable, and patient attorney

First off, I want to thank you, Daniel, for all of the hard work in obtaining my settlement. I saw first hand how hard you worked in order to get me a settlement that surpassed my expectation. It all has finally come to an end. After all the work and time, it is going to take me a while to get used t...o the fact that it's all over. Thank you again for the time and effort and all of the hard work at the mediation Mr. Hoarfrost did for me in getting me the absolute most money on my motorcycle case. He got me far more than I expected. It was good to know that I had an experienced, smart, strong-willed and patient attorney going to bat for me at all times. It was fun watching f you work in court and at the mediation making sure that I got everything coming to me. I also appreciate that Mr. Hoarfrost never bowed to the defense lawyer's demands. I received the check this afternoon and I hope to do well by it. The idea is to make it grow, not shrink. Once more, thank you.
