Best Lawyer on the planet!!
John Nedig has represented me on several matters. He and his staff are very professional and kept me updated on all aspects of the trials. The results were awesome! Perry Mason's got nothing on him. I would highly recommend John for any traffic, DUII or criminal matters you have.

“I was not speeding, I was qualifying!”
One could say I was driven to seek legal advice from John Neidig, P.C. - Criminal Defense Attorney. Having known John for over 20+ years both professionally and personally it was a bit embarrassing to have to make this call. I couldn’t afford one more driving citation. One more and I was sure to lo...

Traffic camera / red light violation
I am very satisfied with John Neidig's work. Oregon appears one of few states where ticket issued by traffic camera is a moving violation. Citation was dismissed in exchange for taking 4 hour NTSI online training course.
"I have known John Neidig for many years, and seen him in action at the courthouse. He is an extremely capable attorney, and a good guy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known John for many years as an experienced and dedicated lawyer. He is excellent at what he does, and he deserves your complete trust."
"John and I have worked on several high profile and very serious matters over the years. He has my full confidence as a lawyer and colleague."
"I have known John for many years. We have worked together on cases and I know him to be a hardworking advocate for his clients. I highly recommend him."
"John is an excellent attorney with a strong track record of defending his clients. John is very personable, he has a vast knowledge of the law, and is adept at all aspects of defense including client counseling, negotiation, and trial practice. I highly recommend John to anyone needing representation."
"I have known John for over 20 years, we shared an office together for half those years. He is energetic, creative and skilled, and a true believer in protecting people's constitutional rights. His well-earned reputation comes from years of working hard representing the accused. It is without hesitation that I sincerely recommend John to anyone charged with a crime in Oregon."
"I endorse this lawyer. John always goes the extra mile for his client. He knows what he is doing, and he is a good person to have on your side."
"I have worked with John Neidig many times as an ally on difficult and challenging criminal matters. In all he does, John Neidig is the consummate criminal defense attorney, always devoted to the vigorous defense of his client. Criminal defense work is not for the faint of heart. In order to succeed as a criminal defense attorney, one must be courageous, steadfast, and an ardent advocate for the client. John Neidig is all this and more."
"Peter Carini endorses John Neidig. I view Mr. Neiding as one of the leaders in Oregon DUII defense. My practice is limited to DUII defense in Oregon, so I know who the really good DUII lawyers are in the State, as well as Nationally. Mr. Neidig fits the bill."
"John is an excellent criminal defense attorney. He takes pride in his work and is always willing to roll up his sleeves and take on the district attorney's office."
