I'm a bilingual liaison for families accessing disability services. I hired Tim and James with Eblen Freed,LLP to negotiate on my behalf with a collection agency's attorney. Last year, while providing hospice care for my elderly mother, I received a demand for payment from a collection agency. It cam...e at the worst possible time for me personally.
