For over a decade, Travis Mayor has represented people injured in accidents, achieving strong results at trial and in settlement. Raised in Oregon within a family of attorneys, he combines hometown values with rigorous legal training: he graduated first in his class with summa cum laude honors from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law in 2005, led the Law Review as Editor-in-Chief, and won his first jury trial as a second-year student. He earned his undergraduate B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University. Travis launched his career at Hoffman, Hart & Wagner defending insurers in state and federal court—experience he leverages today to outmaneuver insurance companies on behalf of injured clients. After five years at the Law Offices of Michael L. Rosenbaum focusing on personal injury, he founded Mayor Law, LLC to concentrate on Portland motor vehicle crashes, drunk driving cases, defective products, industrial accidents, and wrongful death. Recognized as a 2015 Rising Star by Oregon Super Lawyers and holding 5-star AVVO reviews, Travis says, “I am focused and committed to fighting for every penny my clients are entitled to.” He and his wife Aryn have three children and enjoy family trips to Sun River and the coast.

Travis Mayor represented me in a property damage claim that took over two years for trial. Legal matters can be unsettling and trying, particularly when one is ignorant in matters of law and given the duration of my particular case. Needless to say, Travis was extremely professional and dedicated, t...
"Travis Mayor was recently voted one of Oregon's Rising Stars in the area of Personal Injury law. He's a hard worker. Extremely knowledgeable in the area of Persona Injury law. And is not afraid to take cases to trial. It should come as no surprise Travis has been recognized for his legal gift not only by clients but also his peers. I highly endorse Travis Mayor. And then some."
"I've known Travis for almost ten years and in that time he has continually impressed me with his abilities as a lawyer. Travis' intelligence, experience, and personality make him an excellent choice for any injured person. I strongly endorse Travis Mayor."
"Mr. Mayor is an attorney whose advise and counsel is of great value. I enjoyed talking shop with him, because he has a sharp legal acumen. He is a diligent trial attorney and works hard for his clients. He was a trusted resource when we worked next door to one another."
"Travis achieves great results for his clients. He is a superior advocate, works overtime on each case, and never gives in until he and his client get the very best result possible. Travis understands how to shape a case with the facts and the law, provides sound counsel, and is an excellent trial lawyer. I endorse him wholeheartedly."
"Travis is a tough advocate and knows the law in his area very well. I have referred cases and will continue to refer cases to him with great confidence that the clients' and their cases will be well handled and protected. He works tirelessly and is not afraid to hold the line and fight the battles that need to be fought for his clients. His background in defense work is an asset to his practice since he understands how insurance companies and their law firms work and therefore can accurately predict what moves his opponents will make. Travis also loves to try cases and is good at it. The trial lawyer is a dying breed these days but Travis is keeping it alive and isn't afraid to try cases if his client's best chance lies in the hands of a jury rather than a settlement table."
"Travis is a first-class attorney and passionate trial lawyer who gets results. Highly reccomended."
"Travis Mayor has what it takes to take on the insurance companies. He has worked there, been there and is not afraid to take them on. I had the privilege to work and meet Travis at a seminar for Trial Lawyers. He is a great litigator. I endorse this lawyer."
"I endorse Travis as a colleague and as a friend. He is an ethical attorney who works as hard as he can for his clients, and the results prove those efforts. Should my family or I ever be in need of a personal injury attorney, Travis Mayor's office would be the first call we'd make."
"Not only is Travis extremely knowledgable and an excellent advocate for his clients, he also is down to earth and empathetic."
"Travis represented a client who was involved in the same matter as my client. He was able to overcome some difficult facts to get a great settlement for his client. He was well-prepared and organized."
