I help clients form companies, raise money, protect valuable trademarks and copyrights, and make the right contract decisions on a day-to-day basis. I primarily work with entrepreneurs and small business owners to help them launch, grow and eventually sell or transfer the ownership of their business.
I believe that clients should not have to pay for the inefficiencies and unnecessary overhead with which most law firms tend to encumber themselves. Instead, they should have direct access to responsive, high quality legal services from an experienced attorney who understands how to use technology to efficiently solve clients' problems. My goal is to provide that type of experience for clients.
