We received a recommendation to hire Pete Viteznik about 15 years ago to handle a complicated construction defect case. We were the plaintiff against a window installer. We were listened to, the entire firm worked quickly, and was very responsive. Peter and Lee did a fantastic job taking the time to explain and talk through everything. We settled for a sufficient amount, and Peter was able to get us the settlement... for minimal effort and cost on their end. Though I hope not to have to hire them again, they'll be our first call if we need another attorney.
