Co-author of chapter ("Contracts and Relationships between Major Labels and Independent Labels") in The Musician’s Business and Legal Guide, a book compiled by the Beverly Hills Bar Association and published by Prentice-Hall Publishing (4th ed. 2007). The chapter explores in detail record distribution agreements, joint ventures, incubator deals, upstreaming deals, production deals, equity deals, and master licensing agreements.

Co-author of the book "Music Is Your Business: The FourFront Strategy for Success," published in 2007.

Author of monthly column ("Legal Ease") on entertainment and intellectual property law, Two Louies Magazine, 1987-2004.
