Attorney Mario Musil received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2005. The following year, Mr. Musil obtained his MBA from FGCU as well. To fulfill his childhood dreams of becoming a lawyer, Mr. Musil went on to study the law at Florida State University, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2008.
Mr. Musil started his legal career while still in law school, externing as a Legal Intern for the Office of The State Attorney, where he successfully tried numerous cases. His experiences there sparked a desire to help people in difficult situations and an eagerness and enjoyment in conducting trial work.
After graduating law school, Mr. Musil went on to work at the Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel's Office, where he represented hundreds of clients in matters ranging from the simplest of crimes and civil dependency issues to some of the most severe crimes.
Shortly after beginning to work at the Regional Counsel's Office, Mr. Musil established a part-time private law firm, Southwest Florida Law, handling various civil and criminal issues in Southwest Florida. As word quickly spread about the law firm, Mr. Musil resigned from the Regional Counsel's office and founded The Musil Law Firm, where he now represents clients with various needs throughout the State of Florida.
Having been through numerous distressing experiences, Mr. Musil understands the needs of his clients and continuously strives to provide the levels of service that he himself would expect from an attorney.
In his pastime, Mr. Musil enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys Florida's water, sailing and never gives up an opportunity to try an extreme sport or a thrilling new ride at a theme park.

Dissapointment
We were referred to Mr Musil after our paperwork to get my wife into the USA was already with USCIS Nebraska. He told me at the interview the cast was half $1,750 as the paperwork was already at USCIS. We hired him hoping he might add speed and advice we might need as our previous attorney did abs...
I'm very sorry you are not as pleased with my services as my prior clients have clearly shown on here with their positive reviews. Please feel free to call me at 321 252 4396 to address any issues and to let me know if there is anything that I can do to make it right. To address your specific points: I was retained on 5/2/18 and on 6/29/2018, your spouse received her immigrant visa. The case was approved in JUST 58 days after taking over from your prior lawyer, with whom you ALSO say you were not satisfied. The delay in processing of the "expedite" was due to a glitch at the government's processing center where your spouse's file was scanned into an electronic system, but not updated as "an electronic file" - creating a mix up in the tracking system. This is not anything I could have prevented on my end by being "pro-active." Even with a one week delay, because of the expedited processing, your case was approved significantly quicker than the standard 90-180 days from receipt at the NVC. As a legal practitioner, I have systems in place to check on the status of your case on a regular basis. I cannot simply badger the US Government on a daily basis to ensure that they are doing what they said they would. To give an analogy - if your doctor orders an x-ray and the radiologist says he will have an answer in a week - your doctor will not be calling the radiologist on a daily basis to check if they are working on your x-ray. They will check in a week if they have not received a response. Badgering and being an annoyance may work at K-mart, but it can lead to denials with the US Government's Immigration Agencies. In any event, your spouse had her case approved, is now legally in the United States, and I wish you all the best together.

Green Card Application
Mario was brilliant to work with, from ensuring that we had gathered all required evidence documents to preparing and filing our application with us. It was great peace of mind that everything was in order and correct for our interview.
