Beat Immigration Lawyer

I was looking for the Best Immigration lawyer and I found "THE MUSIL LAW FIRM. I would highly recommend Mr. Mario Musil, because he handles the immigration case with great precision and commitment. Our family would like to express our appreciation toward Mr. Musil legal knowledge, dedication and atte...ntion to details to our immigration case. A review alone cannot express the appreciation we have towards Mr. Musil. Thank you once again from the Bacchus Family.

The BEST immigration lawyer we've ever known!

We hired Mr Mario Musil to assist my husband with his permanent residence card and citizenship. Mr Musil was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He was very caring, ethical, personable, and at the same time, professional. He handled our cases with care, and he always returned ou...r emails in a timely manner. We enjoyed working with him very much! I hired 2 other immigration lawyers when I applied for my own green card and citizenship many years ago, but none of them were as great as Mr Musil. Highly recommend Mr Mario Musil!

Dissapointment

We were referred to Mr Musil after our paperwork to get my wife into the USA was already with USCIS Nebraska. He told me at the interview the cast was half $1,750 as the paperwork was already at USCIS. We hired him hoping he might add speed and advice we might need as our previous attorney did abs...olutely nothing and he knew why. He did the paperwork (G28) very quickly so he could act on our behalf as we had a chance to expedite our case. He informed us he had never dealt with an expedited case and didn’t know what had to be done and sent an email asking what to do and would inform us when he got an email back. We were chasing him constantly and he just said “ he hadn’t heard anything” My wife and I were eager to get things moving and expected him to make phone calls and not just emails. Eventually our paperwork was sent to the NVC after no help from him. He just relayed an email saying it was sent there. Because he is what we would call a “reactive” person and not a “proactive” attorney we started to do the work ourselves and kept him in the loop as to what was happening because he was doing nothing to warrant a $1,750 fee. When Mr Musil was saying “no wait until we hear” my wife had done enough research that she knew what to do, which is more than he did. He should have done the research as he’s the attorney. When things were delayed at the NVC he said I’ve sent an email and waiting for a reply. After waiting 3-4 weeks I called the NVC myself and was told by the supervisor our file had been misfiled and if I hadn’t of called it would of been sat there for weeks. This is something that our $1,750 attorney should have done but couldn’t be bothered. Wishing 48 hours our case was at the London embassy. He kept telling my wife “to wait” before she arranged the medical and not to fill in the DS260 until notified. She arranged the medical and then immediately filled in the DS260 because she researched enough to know she could. As soon as that was sent she got the link to arrange her interview. Again she was informing Mr Musil as he hadn’t got a clue or the desire to speed anything up or taken the time to look at expediting the procedure. After her interview she was told her paperwork would be with her within 7 working days. When it arrived there was no sealed envelope so panic stations set in and emails sent to Mr Musil and 2 email addresses my wife researched at the Embassy that were not the bog standard email address. Our attorney said he would send an email and get back to us when he got a reply. My wife’s emails were answered within 48 hours both informing her it was a “modernised visa” and didn’t require a sealed envelope. (Something our $1,750 attorney) should have known but didn’t. 3 days later our $1,750 attorney informs us that his email request was answered suggesting my wife should go to the Bolivian Embassy where she applied to sort it out!!!! In closing I have to say that Mr Musil is very professional and looks the part. He’s a very reactive attorney which costs time. Were he proactive instead he could speed up the processes that he waits for. I’m sure if my wife who has had zero immigration schooling can speed it up and find answers then do could out $1,750 attorney.

I'm very sorry you are not as pleased with my services as my prior clients have clearly shown on here with their positive reviews. Please feel free to call me at 321 252 4396 to address any issues and to let me know if there is anything that I can do to make it right. To address your specific points: I was retained on 5/2/18 and on 6/29/2018, your spouse received her immigrant visa. The case was approved in JUST 58 days after taking over from your prior lawyer, with whom you ALSO say you were not satisfied. The delay in processing of the "expedite" was due to a glitch at the government's processing center where your spouse's file was scanned into an electronic system, but not updated as "an electronic file" - creating a mix up in the tracking system. This is not anything I could have prevented on my end by being "pro-active." Even with a one week delay, because of the expedited processing, your case was approved significantly quicker than the standard 90-180 days from receipt at the NVC. As a legal practitioner, I have systems in place to check on the status of your case on a regular basis. I cannot simply badger the US Government on a daily basis to ensure that they are doing what they said they would. To give an analogy - if your doctor orders an x-ray and the radiologist says he will have an answer in a week - your doctor will not be calling the radiologist on a daily basis to check if they are working on your x-ray. They will check in a week if they have not received a response. Badgering and being an annoyance may work at K-mart, but it can lead to denials with the US Government's Immigration Agencies. In any event, your spouse had her case approved, is now legally in the United States, and I wish you all the best together.

Green Card Application

Mario was brilliant to work with, from ensuring that we had gathered all required evidence documents to preparing and filing our application with us. It was great peace of mind that everything was in order and correct for our interview.

Permanent Residency Application

From the moment we first met with Mario, we were confident that with his guidance our application would prove successful. My green card has now been approved. Mario is a very able attorney and obviously very well versed in the complexity of this side of the law. We cannot thank him enough for his ...professionalism throughout what proved to be an amazingly short period sine our initial application at the beginning of the year. I have already recommended him to a neighbour here in Melbourne. Thank you Mario and sincere good wishes to you and your family in the future. David and Donna
