Kristen is a tireless and highly skilled advocate for victims of negligence. She joined Randy and Brendan as partner at Pickett Dummigan McCall in 2017, after working with them since 2009. She thrives in teamwork setting that produces excellent representation for clients. She is a passionate and experienced trial attorney specializing in wrongful death and personal injury claims for families and victims of neglect and abuse, dangerous premises, and negligent drivers. She is especially driven to bring claims for victims and families of elder abuse and neglect. Kristen is a seasoned trial lawyer – she’s presented 80 cases in trial and successfully resolved hundreds more.
Kristen has worked for years to promote and protect victims, and specifically the rights of elders. She was a leader in the re-formation of Elders in Action, a 50-year non-profit advocacy organization, which dissolved in 2019. She recognizes the changing landscape in the protection of elders and prosecution of the people and institutions who abuse and neglect them. In her work, every day, she faces the challenges in the law and business structure that harm our most vulnerable. She is tireless in finding the highest level of justice that victims disserve, especially those whose voices are often not heard loud enough in our culture and legal system.
When she’s not in the courtroom or her law office, she’s reading or adventuring outdoors, kayaking or hiking, doing yoga, walking her dog or traveling with her mother, her husband and her son to Spain, Mexico, Italy and South America. She speaks Spanish and enjoys working with Spanish-speakers to navigate the legal system with excellent legal representation. She’s also a fitness and wellness advocate, leading her friends and colleagues in activities that promote healthy living. She enjoys supporting her clients in achieving wellness in all aspects of their lives, which includes managing stress after trauma and through a legal claim. Her greatest joy is when her clients find peace and healing through the process of their legal claim with her support, advocacy and legal representation.

Our foster son's case was painful, complicated, messy, and difficult. And these wonderful folks knew this, yet took on the case anyway. AND WON. One young man on this earth got a second chance because of this awesome lawyer and her whole legal team. We are still a little stunned. Thank you.
