I first consulted Shannon Hall after my husband decided to separate from me when I was 74 years old. She thoroughly explained what a separation agreement would entail, and under what circumstances it would be worth pursuing one. My case was an uphill battle from the start. I lived in a different state, and with a very unique custody situation. Shannon was the 3rd attorney I hired for this, and she exceeded my expectations at every corner. I had been a target parent of Parental Alienation, and had been dealing with a parent w...ho tried to refuse parenting time and contact as much as possible. Shannon never backed down, and did everything she could to make sure I could stay in contact with my child. Initially, my ex was awarded custody... I feel that Shannon represented me better than any other attorney could have, however the odds were stacked against me so I don't fault her for that. Less than a year after the judgment, Shannon was able to get a post-judgment modification of custody, which awarded me custody. This was largely in part to her diligence and ability to always be proactive with my case. Post modification, my ex has attempted several times to sneak into court (without informing me properly) in an effort to get emergency custody, only to be denied each time, thanks to Shannon's hard work and efficiency. Shannon is incredibly thorough, very detail-oriented, and can handle herself in the courtroom very well. She is very knowledgeable about family law. She does not beat around the bush or blow smoke up your you-know-what - she is straight-forward and honest with her clients (a trait that's hard to find in many attorneys). She is also very skilled at thinking outside the box, which is what was needed in my case. I highly recommend her!

I hired Shannon Hall as my lawyer to fight for sole custody of my daughter. I had done my research and a friend had recommended this lawyer to me and I am so glad she did. Shannon was absolutely wonderful... Not only did she do everything possible to help me with my case, she went above and beyond al...l of my greatest expectations.
