Thoughtful, Knowledgeable & Respectful

I hired Kim to represent me in a personal injury case. I was rear-ended and suffered many months of impairment due to the accident. I was hoping for a fair, drama-free resolution. Despite the challenges during COVID, Kim was responsive and an excellent communicator. I really appreciated her calm, car...ing and straightforward manner, the way she listened to my concerns, how she knowledgeably explained the law, and thoroughly presented all of my options. I would not hesitate to hire her again and would recommend her to anyone who appreciates an attorney with these qualities.

Highly Recommend Kim

I was riding a 400K bicycle qualifier for Paris Brest Paris when I was hit head on by a reckless driver. I was fortunate to survive without life threatening injuries, but still spent 4 days in the hospital. I soon found myself dealing with three insurance companies and dozens of health care providers... - all of which were experienced professionals. I quickly realized that I needed professional advice and on the recommendation of a friend reached out to PDM. Hiring Kim was a great decision. I could not be happier. She took care of all of the paperwork (which was immense and complicated), advised me on alternative courses of action, and supported me through my recovery, the legal proceedings, and final settlements with the insurance companies. I would highly recommend Kim.
