Thoughtful, Knowledgeable & Respectful

I hired Kim to represent me in a personal injury case. I was rear-ended and suffered many months of impairment due to the accident. I was hoping for a fair, drama-free resolution. Despite the challenges during COVID, Kim was responsive and an excellent communicator. I really appreciated her calm, car...ing and straightforward manner, the way she listened to my concerns, how she knowledgeably explained the law, and thoroughly presented all of my options. I would not hesitate to hire her again and would recommend her to anyone who appreciates an attorney with these qualities.

Exceeded Every Expectation

In 2016 I was in a motor vehicle accident where an impaired driver struck me head on. On the advice of a friend I reached out to Kim to discuss my options and made the decision to have her represent me. Not only was she knowledgeable about the process and the various laws and statutes relevant to the... case we pursued, but also extremely communicative about what to expect as we moved through the process and where the case was - I received updates during the discovery process, when depositions were happening, or when hearings were held to determine the specifics of how the case was being tried. In my case there were also some personal circumstances involving a disabling condition I've had all my life. Kim, took the time to understand what limitations were from the condition and what differences/changes were post-accident. She was sensitive enough to let me make my own decisions regarding how certain aspects of the case were addressed, but firm enough to help me understand that some of the processes are simply things you have to go along with if your case is going to move forward. Kim and her team addressed various motions throughout the case process, including a motion by defense counsel for summary judgment and dismissal, which was denied. Every case is different and unique. Over my time working with Kim I had no doubt that her interest was in achieving the best outcome possible for me, which all things considered, she did quite well.

Wonderful representation!

I had a very difficult case and kept getting rejected and dropped from other firms. I was in a motor vehicle accident and waited a few months to get treatment for my injuries. Because of the amount of time that passed, my insurance company wouldn't cover the hefty bills I racked up. I hired a lawyer ...shortly after only for the firm to drop my case about 4 months before statute of limitations was up. I was 20 at the time and getting married in a few months, so I was desperate to find another legal representative. Unfortunately, my case was such a risk that it was denied by several lawyers. When I called Kimberly she was very honest and knew the odds were stacked against me, but she took on my case anyway. She bumped my case to top priority and worked hard to finish months and months worth of work in our limited time frame. She remained honest and thoroughly communicated with me in terms that I would understand, which I really appreciate. It was almost impossible to get a good outcome, but she got me out of a sticky situation and today I'm completely debt free. I would highly reccomend Kimberly. She's brilliant.
