Simply the best Fathers Rights Lawyer in Oregon

Tricia is hands down the best Fathers Rights Lawyer in Oregon!!! When they say she is a Bulldog they are right! I hired Tricia after meeting with several other attorneys in the area and was a client for over a decade. My ex has a family friend who owns a law firm that specializes in Divorce and too...k her case pro-bono and they intended to keep taking me to court to try to run me out of money like she did with her first husband. She wanted sole custody of our two children ages 3 and 5. I told her that the children were still forming maternal/paternal bonds and I would never settle for anything less than 50/50 parenting time. I was accused of so many nasty things over the next 10 years by my ex-wife, she tried to ruin me. Tricia comes across as a very soft spoken person and has a very positive personality. Then when she gets into the court room, she is a force to be reckoned with! Over 10+ years, I was taken back to court at least once a year. We had three different Custody Evaluations and every time it came back that if we can't agree on Joint Legal Custody then I should be awarded Full Legal Custody. That's not what the children needed though, they needed both parents and Tricia would remind me of that when I would want to be a bit vindictive. When the kids got older and my son wanted to live exclusively with his mom, I supported his decision because it felt genuine. My daughter later wanted to live with me and of course I welcomed that. Now my children are in their early and mid-20’s and we all have such a wonderful bond it amazes me how close we all are! Bottom line, Tricia was our attorney for over a decade for a reason! I could fill up pages of positive things to tell you about her. I feel like I won the lottery the day I walked into her office! Thanks for everything Tricia! -Richard Birmingham

Breaks laws to get results

She is a human being with no heart other than a love for money. She plays tactics to run fees up, and then changes rates on you.

Opportunistic

I reached out to the law firm Goldberg-Jones for one reason and one reason only: to divorce my wife. The firm gave me Tricia to represent me. While initial contact with Tricia began, my wife got herself arrested on a domestic violence charge. Tricia advised me to get a restraining order against my wi...fe, which I agreed was the best course of action. However, things deteriorated quickly after that. Because my wife was psychiatrically hospitalized after the arrest and then later diagnosed with bipolar disorder, Tricia claimed that I should not file for divorce, because to do so while she was considered mentally incompetent could backfire on me with a judge. In the meantime, my wife continued to challenge the restraining order, and she even got herself arrested again for a violation. This led to lengthy and costly courtroom proceedings. Every time this happened, Tricia would represent me in court, often for $600-$1,000 a day. Only after a year had passed, and all of the money I had set aside for divorce had been depleted, did Tricia draw up divorce papers for me, and even then we never had official medical clearance that my wife was of sound mind. When she sensed that the well had run dry, she replied to me in a standoffish tone in her emails, using language like "I think I warned you that my rate went up to $400 an hour." What kind of attorney speaks to her client like that? In short, I hired Goldberg-Jones to get me divorced, but that was the one thing Tricia would not do for me. She used all of the money I had for the coming legal battle on restraining order proceedings, a restraining order that was her idea to begin with. Create the problem and then sell me the cure. I will be feeling the financial repercussions of this for years to come, and thanks to her I am still not divorced. Do not hire Tricia Webb.

I would recommend Tricia

I was a client of Tricia's. She was professional and did a great job for me. She was able to get me 31.5% time with my children.

Positive Experience

As a working dad with my kids still in the home I knew I was at a disadvantage. I spoke with several attorneys that wanted me to just settle, take my punches, and join the ranks of the other the other defeated dad's. I didn't hire them. Instead, Tricia Webb was my attorney. She knew I had a strong ca...se and knew it was worth presenting. It is safe to say that I won my case. I am extremely happy, I could not imagine having a better attorney to represent me in court. I will always ask Tricia to represent me. If you need an attorney who knows what they're doing you just cannot go wrong having Tricia as your attorney, she is the best!
