Welcome. Thank you for your interest in my profile. I have been a lawyer 34 years and therecipient of numerous awards and publisher of many articles. I was the recipient of the Trial Lawyer ofthe Year Award, issued by Trial Lawyers for Public Justice in 1997. This was in recognition of the work I did inKirkwood v. General Motors—anautomotive crashworthiness case. Mypractice largely focuses on automobile crashworthiness cases, medicalmalpractice cases and catastrophic injury cases. In 2001, I successfully petitioned theNational Highway Traffic and Safety Administration to recall the passenger sideair bag in 1994 Nissan Altima vehicles. This is the only time NHTSA has ever ordered a recall of an air bag dueto design deficiencies. Dateline NBCdevoted a story to this accomplishment. I work hard to compassionately represent the interests of my clients,keeping each one fully abreast of developments in his or her case.
