Very helpful

Honest, Conpetent, Professional

I was rear ended and wanted representation. Having worked in the Auto Insurance Industry, I knew that the Ins. companies job is to pay as little as possible for my injuries and didn't care about me. Mr. "B" listened to me, my concerns and explained the process. I never used an Attorney before in my life, so I was apprehensive, but walked out of his office feeling comfortable with him, knowing I made the right decision. Do exactly what he says, be patient let him do his job and you will be represented properly and have a man working hard for you. He listens and gives you direction and clear explanations. Personal injury claim

I hired Joe after consulting with him about a motor vehicle accident. I felt pressured by the other driver's insurance company to settle. After hiring Joe, there were no more, as I perceived it, harassing calls or letters. Joe kept me informed throughout and helped me receive a satisfactory settlement. Both Karen in the front office and Joe seem like genuinely nice human beings.

Great Attorney. Great man.

Joe was referred to me by the Law Office of John Tuthill in Tillamook, as I needed a personal injury attorney. So I called Joe, we chatted for a spell, told him of the accident I was involved in. I hired Joe to represent me in my case. It was the first time I needed to hire an attorney for an accident. It seemed long and drawn out, but was over before too long. Joe’s knowledge and experience in his field was what I needed, I could not have done any of this by myself. Karen, Joes assistant, is very kind and considerate and knowledgeable as well. A+++ Fast Friendly Courteous

Excellent Personal Injury Attorney

Workman's Compensation Claim Denial

Joe Conducted a one hour consultation with me over the phone concerning the possible options to consider in dealing with a denied Workman's Compensation Claim. Oregon Workers comp

I hired Joe to work on my workers comp. claim. I hurt my knee at work in 1996 had a couple of surgeries and it was never right. I was in so much pain I had had enough. I had them both replaced on my medical insurance"s dime. I was off work for a few months having surgery and recouping. I found out after the fact that I could go back on my workers comp. insurer. It took some investigation and some negotiations but Joe handled it and was very pleasant to deal with Joe and I never knew he was working from the coast. thanks again Joe

I wish I had seen Joe sooner!

After being injured in an auto accident I was soon overwhelmed by the complexity of dealing with the insurance company. I contacted Joe and he took control of the situation handling all aspects of my case. This is not a do it yourself process. You need a professional who understands the process. Highly recommend

When I came to Joe I was at my wits end. I was frustrated with the legal system and had come to believe that being honest and truthful was not the way to go. Great consultation

Invaluable resource

On the recommendation of my doctor I called Joe Di Bartolomeo early on in my workers comp claim and was given a very helpful phone consultation with information about how the process worked and suggestions to make it easiest. He told me there was really no need for his services at that point but I could call with any questions I had as it went on. After the claim was processed and closed, I went to see him for a review and he found a few errors on the insurer's part. He suggested we file an appeal and helped me do so. That resulted in a significant increase in the settlement payment. The fees for an attorney in an Oregon workers comp case are set by the state and were much less than I would have expected to pay considering the time he spent on the appeal and advice and help he gave prior to it. By all means, call Joe Di Bartolomeo if you have any questions about an industrial injury claim. The insurer I dealt with was purposely vague and seemed somewhat rude when I asked them to explain the steps. Joe Di Bartolomeo and his staff are very good at explaining how things work and letting you know what to look for as well as what not to worry about - even before they are hired.

A Good Honest Lawyer doesn't always win big. That's life.

Joe's a good, honest lawyer, whom I retained to represent me when my car was rear-ended and I suffered some back injuries. While I was disappointed in the eventual property and personal injury settlements obtained from the insurance companies, I'm convinced Joe did as well on my behalf as any Attorney could have done. Unfortunately, life is not a 47-minute episode of "The Good Wife." The sad reality of auto collision-related claims—unless your injuries are extreme and disabling and your property losses are devastating—is that insurance companies hold all the cards. And they know it. ALL insurance companies have very deep pockets, but NONE will provide a generous settlement, unless they know you have a very strong case and that you WILL take them to trial if they don't. Keep in mind that if you do go to trial, you WILL incur legal expenses and court costs that you likely will have to pay if you lose. Also keep in mind that your trial date will likely be at some distant point in the future. So... if you are not willing to go to court, you're at the insurance company's mercy. And believe me, "mercy" is a quality that insurance companies never dispense.

Ambulance chaser

I requested a copy of police records. His secretary and himself said police don't make reports. I called Warrenton OSP and they sent me report no problem. He was talking figures. (Money) I was saying I'm not settling on anything til I get more medical treatment. The shyster called me and resigned from the case. There shysters!
