I approached Mr. Zupancic per a recommendation from a member of the Seaside, Ore. business community. I am a Professional Land Surveyor and I needed Incorporation documents drafted for my new business, Magyar Land Surveying LLC. I spoke with Mr. Zupancic on two occasions prior to retaining him.
