I had the pleasure of working with Christian recently on a setback reduction for my home in Cannon Beach. He represented me before the planning commission. He did the homework, spoke with City planner & held my hand through the entire ordeal. He was always courteous & responded to all of my phone ...calls ASAP. I felt very good about the way in which he treated me & I would use his services again if I need to.

Let me preface my review saying that I did a lot of research on a lawyer for buying a property that was seller financed and after my consultation I chose Christian Zupancic. From start to finish of this process Christian was prompt in returning my emails and calls and answered all of my questions. In... general most lawyers have the knowledge base, which is almost a given if you ask me, but what sets Christian apart is his ability to help you understand your options, how to protect you and how to make the process as efficient as possible. He is pleasant to work with and pays attention to every detail. I was very involved in the process of buying a property that was seller financed and I wanted to learn and understand what everything meant (and I mean everything) and Christian always took the time to explain every last word to me. He answered all of my questions and concerns in entirety and always worked around my busy work schedule. He explained different options I had, created documents for me and worked with the seller to meet all of my needs from the beginning all the way up until closing. He is so easy to work with no matter how involved you want to be or how hands off you want to be. I highly recommend him and would happily work with him again if in the future regarding my properties.

We are two retirees who recently moved to Seaside. We found a home to buy "For Sale By Owner." I retired after 36 years as a legal assistant working for real estate attorneys in another state. Christian drafted our Purchase an...d Sale Agreement, set up escrow with the title company, recommended an inspector, reviewed and made suggestions regarding the inspection report, reviewed and asked for clarification of the title report, and reviewed our closing documents. I approached Mr. Zupancic per a recommendation from a member of the Seaside, Ore. business community. I am a Professional Land Surveyor and I needed Incorporation documents drafted for my new business, Magyar Land Surveying LLC. I spoke with Mr. Zupancic on two occasions prior to retaining him. He... drafted my documents in a timely manner and provided for me a packet that I was able to use to obtain an SBA loan. After further discussion regarding my business needs, I retained Mr. Zupancic to research and draft my cloent contract document. Again, he delivered a complete amd timely document that suited my needs. I have complete confidence in Mr. Zupancic and I look forward to working with him further.
