I approached Mr. Zupancic per a recommendation from a member of the Seaside, Ore. business community. I am a Professional Land Surveyor and I needed Incorporation documents drafted for my new business, Magyar Land Surveying LLC. I spoke with Mr. Zupancic on two occasions prior to retaining him. He... drafted my documents in a timely manner and provided for me a packet that I was able to use to obtain an SBA loan. After further discussion regarding my business needs, I retained Mr. Zupancic to research and draft my cloent contract document.
