Christian Zupancic

Christian was a just out of law school when I met him. I hired him to taken on a powerful Government entity that had wronged me and my company. Christian worked with me to keep my costs down while at the same time providing excellent representation which allowed me to stay in the fight until the ver...y end. An ending in which we prevailed much to everyone's shock. Christian is smart, skilled, honest, and "truly" cares about his clients. I approached Mr. Zupancic per a recommendation from a member of the Seaside, Ore. business community. I am a Professional Land Surveyor and I needed Incorporation documents drafted for my new business, Magyar Land Surveying LLC. I spoke with Mr. Zupancic on two occasions prior to retaining him. He... drafted my documents in a timely manner and provided for me a packet that I was able to use to obtain an SBA loan. After further discussion regarding my business needs, I retained Mr. Zupancic to research and draft my cloent contract document. My wife and I enjoyed working with Christian. He is a good listener, considered our needs and has a pleasant and professional manner. Negotiation was required during our case and he never became rattled or impatient during the process. In October 2014 my husband and I hired Christian Zuplaw to help us in a landlord-tenant dispute. We were the tenants. Christian was very helpful and tentative to all our needs.
