I'd been putting off title change paperwork for years, having gotten the run-around from a local title company. I found Christian Zupancic and a couple of other attorneys online and phoned for quotes and a sense of how they communicate. I chose Mr. Zupancic because I was able to speak personally ...with him rather than through a secretary, and he listened and explained his answers. I liked his flat fee; though it was higher than the other quote I got, I knew it would cover "whatever came up." Of course, something came up. He handled everything in a very professional manner. He was easy to talk with, accessible, respectful and honest. I appreciated his use of email to easily keep updates, information and ideas flowing. I highly recommend him.
