I hired Mr. Arusi Loprinzi to help me with a disreputable property manager who had broken our contract, and was trying to evict my tenants out of spite (with no valid cause or permission). Following our consultation Mr. Loprinzi immediately drafted and sent the property manager a cease and decist le...tter. The letter had it's intended effect. He then assisted me in legally terminating the property manager, and salvaging my relationship with our tenants. Further, he was able to get the tenants deposit money transferred to me very quickly.
