I hired Tom Elliott because I was in real trouble. Over the years, I have suffered from alcohol and substance abuse. I recently got arrested on some traffic charges. Tom had handled some earlier cases for me. Tom was able to handle my cases and kept me out of jail. What I appreciate about him is that I feel like he actually cares about me and my future. He impressed upon me that rehabilitation is worth is because I am saving my own life. Thanks Tom.

A few years ago, I hired Tom Elliott to help my son with some legal problems. Tom was able to quickly resolve those cases. Just recently, my son got in trouble again in two different counties here in Oregon. Once again, Tom was able to quickly get the cases settled. There are two things I appreciate about Tom Elliott. First, he gets cases resolved quickly and economically. Second, and maybe more importantly, he took a caring approach in representing my son. To this day, my son thinks of Tom as another brother.

Prior to taking my divorce case to Tom Elliott, it was a real mess. My prior attorneys had abandoned me. I got referred to Tom by yet another lawyer. Tom listened to me and presented my case in court in such a way as I was able to get a good result. Unlike my prior lawyers, Tom took a personal interest in me and my well-being. With Tom’s help I’m finally able to move on with my life.

After my divorce, I hired Tom Elliott to help me with some issues my ex-husband and I were having regarding the parenting of our children. Tom was able to help me get a result in court that was truly in the best interests of our children. Tom’s services were not inexpensive, but this was an expense I was willing to incur to fight for what was best for my children.

Thomas is a big talker and that about sums it up. He claims he knows so much about areas of the law and he knows so many judges and will get the case settled favorably. All talk, little action, I had to go elsewhere. Expensive lesson to learn.
