Neighbor/Tenant Shared Driveway Encroachment Resolved
Our Company seeked legal help on behalf of an owner who's triplex we managed that had a shared driveway. The Neighbor/tenant next door, was using the driveway for their sole use. After some very stern letters to the owner of the property, the problem was resolved and the debri removed.

I did not see any direct conflict, but the bar later determined that I should not have represented both clients and this resulted in the bar disciplining me in 2015 (even though the incident occurred in 2009). This has been a learning experience. Since then I have taken classes in recognizing client conflict.”
